Return and Complaint Policy for Banabella.store

1. Terms and Timeframe for Product Returns
At Banabella.store, we strive for your complete satisfaction. We allow the return of purchased products under the right of withdrawal within 30 calendar days from the date of package receipt.
For a return to be possible, the product must meet the following conditions (GMC Requirement: Product Condition):
The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
The product must be in its original packaging and have all original tags and safeguards attached.
Products Excluded from Return: Due to the nature of the products (hygiene/health/personalisation), the following are not subject to return: used products.
2. Return Procedure
To effectively make a return, please follow the steps below:
Notification: Send an email to banachiewiczizabela@gmail.com with information regarding your intent to return. In the email, please provide the order number and the names of the products being returned.
Receiving the Return Address: Our store operates on a dropshipping model, and warehousing and fulfillment are handled by our partner, Silverbene. In response to your notification, you will receive the specific and current Silverbene warehouse address to which the goods should be sent.
Shipping: Without undue delay, send the product to the provided address, attaching a completed return form or a handwritten note with the order number.
3. Cost of Return Shipping and Address
The cost of return shipping is covered by the Buyer (Customer), unless the return is a result of a store error (sending an incorrect or defective product).
Return Address: Due to the dropshipping model, the return address is the address of our logistics partner Silverbene and will be provided individually upon notification (see Point 2). Do not send packages without prior contact.
4. Complaints (Warranty Claims)
If the received goods are damaged, defective, or inconsistent with the description:
Report the problem: Immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) send an email to banachiewiczizabela@gmail.com attaching photos of the defect and the order number.
Review: We will review the complaint within 14 days. We will inform you of the next steps (exchange for a new product or refund of funds).
5. Refunds
Timeframe: The refund of funds will be processed within 7-14 calendar days from the physical receipt and inspection of the goods by the Silverbene warehouse.
Method: Funds will be transferred via the same payment method that was used when placing the order.
